Kiz Yoga

Yoga with a focus on Kizomba. Mind, body, and soul in perfect Kiz`Harmony. Body isolation focused on movements that improve our frame, flexibility, and tension.

Awareness is very important to dance Kizomba or UrbanKiz for building up the connection to yourself and to your dance partner. Together you create energy, that makes your dance alive and flow with faith and emotions. This awareness you’ll find in KizYoga. You learn to deepen your awareness and control your body. We will strenghten your balance, your physical feeling and your flexibility combined with Kizomba steps. Come and join us!

 

Who can join KizYoga? 

Everybody, who loves kizomba – no matter if you are a dancer or not!

What is required?

A yoga mat! There are available yoga mats in our studio. If you own one, you can also take yours! You do not need a partner as the focus will be on yourself.

Structure for one hour

warm-up 5-10 min. / training 30-40 min. / intensive stretching 10-20 min.
